How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks for weddings and large events; about a week for dozens. Rush orders depend on the calendar, so send the date and we'll tell you honestly.
How do deposits work?
Once you approve your itemized quote, a non-refundable deposit holds your date. The balance is due before the event. Payment options (currently Zelle, Venmo and PayPal) are listed on your quote.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Dessert tables and the cart include delivery, setup and styling across greater Charlotte. Dozens can be picked up or delivered; the delivery fee depends on distance and shows in your quote.
Can you match my colors?
Always. Share your palette, theme or a few inspiration photos and we'll color-match shells, toppings, florals and signage.
